In the pediatric school therapy setting, therapists work collaboratively with educators to support children's development, addressing speech, physical, or occupational needs to enhance learning and participation within the educational environment.
Responsibilities for Board Certified Behavior Analyst:
- Evaluation & Treatment Planning
- Supervision of RBTs and other support personnel
- Documentation
- Caregiver Education
- Programming
- Collaboration with Team Members
Qualifications for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst:
- IL BCBA License
- 1-2 Years of Pediatric Experience (preferred)
- Pay based on experience
