Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the manufacturing industry while assisting in coordinating projects that directly impact the production of government military products.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking for manufacturing initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Help identify potential challenges and assist in developing solutions.
- Attend team meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team leads.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Interest in manufacturing, government contracting, or similar industries is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or government contracting.
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $59,170.17 per year
