Our busy shop is looking for an experienced Parts Assistant.

Requirements of Part Assistant:
- Valid driver’s license and must be insurable
- Be proficient in parts lookup with automotive aftermarket and OE parts catalogs
Responsibilities of Part Assistant:
- Keep inventory accurate, neat and organized
- File and post invoices to work orders
- Make sure returns are done daily
- Work with technicians to get the right parts the first time
- Build estimates including parts and labor with shop management software
- Backup the front counter answering phones and helping service customers
Summary
As a Parts Assistant, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and procurement processes. Reporting to the Service Advisor, your core skills in customer service, data entry, and logistics will support our commitment to quality and timely service. Your premium skills in supply chain management and warehouse operations will enhance our ability to meet customer demands. Additionally, relevant experience in automotive repair and dealership environments will enable you to effectively manage parts sourcing and order fulfillment, contributing to our team's overall success in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
