Position Overview:


Build structure around contracting processes and ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a systematic contract management process, ensuring full contract execution, tracking contract performance in compliance with stated contract terms, ensuring all milestones are adhered to in the time frame required, and ensure all relevant parties are provided advanced notice of renewal date requirements.
  • Develop a centralized repository for all contracts for easy access and reference by relevant stakeholders and archiving contracts that are no longer active.
  • Audit current contracts for completeness, alert relevant stakeholders to issues uncovered and support stakeholders and customers with issue resolution, escalation management and investigations needed to complete the execution of required changes.
  • Develop and distribute reports highlighting critical contract provisions, timelines for contract rights, pricing requirements and all other obligations required within the terms of the contract.
  • Ensure completion and follow-through of all contract requirements including prompt communication and follow-through with both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts are understood and set up properly to support business activities and to meet Millstone compliance requirements.
  • Contract pricing can be dynamic and changing so the Contract Administrator will need to work closely with the Sales, Procurement , Finance and Production teams to ensure Customer billing is updated in a timely manner and accurate based upon the contracts terms.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed to enhance workflow efficiency, automation, and standardization and provide education to key stakeholders about the processes.
  • Millstone believes that its employees work better together than apart and for office-based teams this means working-in-person at least four (4) days per week onsite. This is an office-based role.
  • Act as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues within the organization.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and analytic skills with meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of managing contracts effectively.
  • Proficiency in contract review and compliance.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of field sales and sales support requirements.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a Team
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or a Contract Management System.
  • Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and Adobe.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, paralegal certification, or related field experience as a Contract Administrator.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Oracle knowledge a plus, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications required.
