Job Purpose :

The purpose of the Data Analyst is to leverage advanced data analysis techniques and Tableau expertise to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into meaningful visualizations and reports that enable stakeholders to understand complex information and make informed decisions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize Tableau to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data models to support analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets to uncover valuable insights.
• Maintain structured and unstructured data sources
• Perform audits and data gap analysis across various IT systems
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Provide analysis to identify opportunities to continuously improve data
• Create and manage data sources replicated from various environments, primarily SAP S4 HANA
• Work cooperatively with others
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Position may be remote but requires regular physical attendance at meetings held at corporate office.
• Maintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance
