Greeter

Pay: $18.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm

Location: 9134 SW Canyon Rd. Portland, OR. 97225

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive
• Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas

Qualifications:

• Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
• Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence is required
