What are the responsibilities and job description for the Control Panel Assmebler position at Minit Charger?
Minit Charger / Access Control Group develop EV charging solutions for off-road electric vehicle and telematics to track mobile assets.
We are seeking CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLERS to assemble and test our EV chargers and other electronic products.
THE POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly of electrical and electronic equipment using various hand and power tools.
- Install wire harnesses and electro-mechanical components such as circuit board assembly, circuit breaker, contactors, fans, power modules etc.
- Perform quality control of assembled products.
- Perform electrical test of the product per procedure and training provided.
- Document assembly and test process of each product built.
- Work with 480 VAC, 3-phase power, batteries and variety of test equipment used in electrical/electronic production.
- At least 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of control panels.
- Proficient in use of electrical tools
- 3 years of experience in working with control panel enclosures and modifications
- Soldering and electronic assembly
- Familiarity with test tools such as multi-meter, amp probe etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
