Member Service Representative

Minnco Credit Union is seeking a member service representative for its Andover office to provide robust financial solutions and an overall outstanding service experience for members. The role of the MSR is to engage with members in the way that works best for them, listen carefully to understand needs, and provide account solutions.

The MSR will:

• Ability to accurately process Member transactions
• Open all types of deposit accounts along with service to existing accounts
• Ability to learn, retain and recall information very quickly
• Work productively in a team environment with high levels of interruption
• Use Minnco policies and procedures along with experiential knowledge to make sound and informed decisions

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience working in financial services with knowledge of deposit products
• Cash handling experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on timely follow-up with members and teammates
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• DNA core system experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.05 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
