What’s This Job Is About?
We're seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Lifecycle to join our team and report to the Chief People Officer. This critical role manages full-cycle recruitment and drives our employee engagement strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. As the Senior Manager of Talent Lifecycle, you will play a hands-on role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviewing, scheduling, and feedback collection. Your efforts will align with broader business objectives, strengthening our firm's competitive edge and supporting its strategic goals.
What are Your Key Responsibilities?
Drive Strategic Recruitment: Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts to secure top talent for the organization.
Enhance Employee Engagement: Develop and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to ensure high retention rates.
Optimize Recruitment Strategies: Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the talent acquisition process.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with management and leadership to address hiring needs, develop business cases for new hires, and understand compensation requirements. In addition, work with management to provide all recruitment related trainings.
Manage Visa Processes: Collaborates with HR on the visa processes for new hires and employees, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding.
Build Talent Management Plans: Create and implement comprehensive talent management plans which includes compensation planning, career ladders that align with the organization's strategic goals.
Campus Recruitment: Build and lead a robust campus recruitment program.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience in owning the candidate experience across higher level, junior level, and entry-level roles.
Global Perspective: Demonstrated ability to engage intelligently with candidates, understanding and peeling back their experiences in a global environment.
Visa Management: Some experience in managing visa processes for new hires and employees.
Project Management: Proven track record of project management in a recruitment context.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ADP and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
Industry Expertise: Industry experience in professional services and understands the nuances of a billable environment.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Deep Knowledge: A deep understanding of talent acquisition and employee engagement practices.
Proven Track Record: Substantial experience in full cycle recruitment and workforce planning. Proven expertise in sourcing and building robust talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
Innovative Mindset: Substantial experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
Global Experience: Experience in recruitment and talent management.
