What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Operator position at Minute Men Staffing?
We are current looking for Packer’s 2nd Shift (4pm-2:30 am ) Monday – Thursday
This company safely manages chemical distribution, manufacturing, and packaging excellence for more than 80 years. A world-leader in cleaning, plating and anodizing chemistry and technical support. This Company also produces recreational water treatment products (pool and spa chemicals)
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper labeling, capping, heat sealing, coding, and packaging of products while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Program assembly lines for different packaging sizes.
- Change over and set up.
- Equipment wash-outs.
- Accurately complete kit assembly and packaging.
- Start-up and test-run machines as well as perform operational maintenance procedures as directed.
- Perform quality control checks.
Physical Requirements: Pre-employment testing required
- 50 Lbs. Lift Test
- Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) - The tests measure lung volume, capacity, rates of flow, and gas exchange
- 5 Panel Drug Test - Rapid Urine Screening
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 4pm to 2:30 am with overtime on Friday as necessary
