Job Description: CRM
As a CRM at Minuteman International, you will be responsible for support of Minuteman and PowerBoss brands. Your primary responsibility will be Customer service support. You will be teamed up with 3-4 salespeople and will be responsible for all customers attached to these sales people. Your Teammates are also internal customers so you will need to support them as well.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Entering Orders
· Expediting Orders
· Providing Ship Dates
· Problem Solving
· Up Selling
· Process Credits
· Other duties as deemed necessary by Customer Service Manager
You will be eligible for all benefits as you meet normal eligibility requirements

· Strong computer skills
