What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Sales Representative position at Minuteman Press?
Print and promotional product company is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented customer sales representative. The CSR will interact with customers via phone, email and face to face. They are in charge of quoting clients using our proprietary software and following up with them through phone, text and email. They will keep records of account information in our customer database.
This team member should be able to communicate clearly, stay organized, and effectively relay the wishes of customers to the graphic design department. Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people.
This person will also be a team player and assist with production.
Print Industry experience is a plus. but not Required
This is not a Graphic Design Position.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Superb telephone communication skills
- Experience handling customers in a kind, professional manner
- Experience using database software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to present the company in a positive and supportive manner
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
