Our client is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Surgical Technologists to join their dynamic perioperative services team. This role involves assisting surgeons in various specialties, including Orthopedics, Neuro, General Surgery, Spine, and Robotics, within a state-of-the-art surgical environment. Responsibilities:
- Function as a member of the sterile surgical team.
- Prepare operating rooms, including opening supplies, performing surgical scrubs, and setting up instruments and equipment.
- Assist in draping and establishing sterile fields.
- Anticipate surgical needs and pass instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment through meticulous aseptic techniques.
- Conduct needle and sponge counts with the circulating nurse.
- Participate in the shared on-call rotation with other team members.
Must Haves:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (required within 6 months of employment).
- 2-3 years of acute care hospital-based operating room experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Orthopedics, Neuro, General Surgery, Spine, and Robotics.
- Strong knowledge of surgical principles and procedures.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in a variety of surgical specialties.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Location: Lewiston, ID
Salary: $52,000 - $78,000

Shift Differentials:
- Evening Shift (3 PM – 11:30 PM): 8%.
- Night Shift (11 PM – 7:30 AM): 11%.
Call Schedule:
- On-call: 1 day/week and 1 weekend/month ($4/hour while on call).
- Call-back pay: Minimum of 2 hours at time-and-a-half pay.
