Job Summary:
The Golf Course Irrigation Technician works on diverse range of activities involved in irrigation maintenance and construction, does semi-skilled irrigation construction and maintenance work, and performs related tasks as required.
Day-to-Day:
- Monitors and waters Golf course on daily basis.
- Repairs and maintains any and all pipes and sprinklers on the golf course.
- Performs periodic general maintenance on irrigation systems within assigned areas.
- Cleans and adjusts sprinkler heads to ensure proper function and coverage. Replaces or repairs broken equipment.
- Set and check timers/clocks to ensure proper operation and respond to any and all requests regarding irrigation in a timely manner.
About You:
- Be able to understand written and oral instruction.
- 1 year experience in landscaping or irrigation maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
