Pay: $97,008
Examples of Work:
- Organize facility functions through appropriate departmentalization, applying the principles of a participatory management culture
- Assist the Administrator in daily operations, acting as Administrator when absent
- Ensure compliance with Veterans Administration regulations and Interpretative Guidelines; Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 38; and Revised Statutes of Missouri, Chapter 42 inclusive
- Manage employee, Veteran, family, and other customer complaints and/or grievances
- Serve as coordinator of Quality Management program and oversee workforce development
- Supervise facility departments as assigned by Administrator
- Advise supervisors on formal grievances, discipline, and employee counseling
- Assist the Administrator with labor relations, policy and procedure development/implementation, and special project
Qualifications
- Possession of Licensure as Nursing Home Administrator issued by the Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators
- One year of experience as an Administrator in a Long - Term Care Facility
OR
- Three or more years of experience as a Department Manager in a Long-Term Care Facility
