We’re currently seeking a Director, Risk Management to join our Headquarters team!In this role, the Director, Risk Management sets strategy and leads a team providing knowledge, resources, and actions that empower the appropriate decision-making and management of risk to achieve Mister's business objectives. Strategies and functions include enterprise/strategic risk management oversight; design and procurement of risk transfer/finance programs; optimization of self-administered and insured claims management; risk assessment and support for mergers and acquisitions; and safety-related regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.What you will do:Drive an ongoing Enterprise/Strategic Risk Management ("ERM") vision and framework to maximize Mister's ability to optimize risks as a competitive business advantage. Oversee the design and procurement of risk transfer/finance programs and insurance products that provide optimal coverage for the enterprise. Lead insured and self-administered claims management teams in the administration of claims and litigation to enhance the employee/customer experience and manage the cost. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance safety culture. Select and embrace new systems and processes to optimize efficiency and results.How you will shine:Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Law, Business, or equivalent experience11 years’ related experience leading the risk management function for a multi-unit, multi-state company – retail or consumer services experience preferred
