As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating molding and assembly machines, as well as performing manual assembly duties, all while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Your commitment to quality will ensure that every product meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate molding and assembly machines efficiently and safely.
Perform manual assembly duties with precision.
Ensure product quality at your workstation.
Arrive at your workstation five minutes before your shift to ensure a seamless transition.
Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing shifts for smooth handovers.
Read and comprehend operator instructions thoroughly.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to take and follow instructions accurately.
Familiarity with Kanban/labelling requirements.
Skill in identifying basic molding defects (e.g., sink, flash).
No color vision deficiencies.
Excellent motor skills and dexterity.
Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems related to your role.
