Responsibilities and Duties< / b>

Your key responsibilities will include :

1. Help run largescale private M&A deals

2. Conducting Public and Private Equity transactions
   < / li>
3. Representing sponsors portfolio companies and other private clients
   < / li>
4. Joint Ventures
   < / li>
5. Drafting ancillary agreements
   < / li>
6. Direct client communication
   < / li>< / ol>
