Modern Asian restaurant looking for fun and creative chef to take ownership of the menu. We want someone who is creative, driven and excited to bring our establishment into the new year. Seasonality is very important, as is an emphasis on flavor, texture, temperature and design. If your looking to make an impact on the NYC food scene, we want you on our team.
The expansive beverage program features a craft cocktail program and a blossoming wine program. The restaurant has 150 seats set over two floors that includes our 10-seat bar.

Asian restaurant experience preferred, must have strong financial acumen with a focus on DOH cleanliness and organization.
Essential Job Functions: Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading all kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and all proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Coordinates the purchase of all food and menu development, maintaining food and labor costs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Chef in upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Certification in NYC Food Protection License required
