Description
The Family Intervention Team (FIT) is a functional supports service, providing case management to both adult and child clients withing the same families. FIT case managers work with clients and families in home and in the community to support the recipients optimal functioning, enhancing resiliency and recovery by providing interventions based on therapeutic goals.
Requirements
- Requires a BA in a human service field.
- Two years of related experience.
- Skills in advocacy, outreach, assessment, crisis intervention and supportive counseling.
- Strong communication skills
