We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, run errands, and assisting the founder of the organization.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with insurance billing and claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as necessary
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.
- Enter, maintain, and update patient records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient files.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar healthcare environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
