Monarch Investment is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our property team at the Huntley Ridge New Albany Apartments in New Albany, IN, Monday through Friday from 9am-2pm. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.

We currently manage 75,311 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 9th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2023). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO
Up to $19/hrs
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning all Make Ready's/Turned units for new occupants
- Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
- Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping.
- Performs additional functions from time to time as requested
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
- Must be detailed oriented
