Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate the Digital Analytics Capability & Impact by enhancing existing digital analytics in line with business needs/requests and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize sales impact.
- Partner with CX to Drive Precision Marketing by creating audience targeting and segmentation strategy leveraging multiple data sources, behavior, and preferences.
- Build Media Analytics by leading learning agendas, partnering with the CX team, and supporting various pilots on AI and GenAI in relation to media analytics.
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to think analytically and communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
Requirements:
- 7 years' experience in Digital Analytics, Media Analytics, and Optimization.
- Deep knowledge of the Digital landscape and performance tracking/optimization.
Benefits:
- Anticipated base salary range: $130,900 – 179,950.
