Position Summary
Monroe County Community College is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable respiratory therapy Instructor to join our academic team on an adjunct basis.
Essential Job Functions
This part-time position teaches classes and/or laboratory based on the program’s needs, providing rigorous instruction to aspiring respiratory therapists on topics which may include respiratory therapy physics, theory, clinical knowledge, technical skills, and professional attributes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: AAS or related degree in Respiratory Care AND valid RRT credential AND current state license. RTH instructors may need to complete additional training provided by the college to meet program accreditation standards.
Preferred: Bachelor degree or higher in related field and advanced NBRC credentials
