Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives
- Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and monitor competitive activities to stay on top of industry trends and customer preferences
- Create marketing plans that incorporate advertising, promotion, public relations, and other marketing tactics to support the brand
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels to maximize ROI
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Work closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure that the brand's messaging and positioning are aligned with the overall company objectives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or 5 years of experience in brand management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and internal communications
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and Falcon
