Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Monster House Dispensary Lounge – Las Cruces, NM & Ruidoso, NM

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and elevate the Monster House experience. If you love planning events, have a knack for organization, and want to help our business thrive, this role is for you!

About Us:

Monster House Dispensary Lounge is where classic horror meets a relaxed atmosphere, offering a unique experience for cannabis enthusiasts. As a veteran-owned and woman-owned business, we take pride in creating a welcoming community through themed events, live music, great food, and unforgettable vibes.

Job Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution:

Develop and coordinate themed events and activities that align with Monster House's unique horror-classic branding.

Plan and execute live music events, including booking local artists and managing performance schedules.

Collaborate with food vendors or our in-house kitchen team to curate menus that complement events.

This includes planning and traveling to Ruidoso, NM for events at Monster House on The Mountain - reliable transportation is a must.

Monthly Calendar Management:

Design and maintain a monthly event calendar, ensuring a consistent schedule of exciting offerings.

Promote events on social media, in-store signage, and other platforms.

Revenue Growth:

Analyze event performance and identify opportunities to drive lounge sales and attract new customers.

Brainstorm creative ideas to increase engagement, such as exclusive experiences, partnerships, or recurring event series.

Vendor & Team Coordination:

Build and maintain relationships with local artists, food vendors, and other collaborators.

Partner with the Monster House team to facilitate smooth event operations, from setup to breakdown.

Budgeting & Reporting:

Develop event budgets and track expenses to maximize profitability.

Provide reports on event success, including attendance, customer feedback, and revenue impact.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
