Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 Food on the campus of Montana Tech in Butte, MT. The General Manager will have strong hands-on operational experience and will be accessible to staff, while being able to delegate responsibilities and track progress of team development. Experience managing a residential dining program with multiple retail units preferred. There are multiple venues around the campus for catering.

The candidate will direct all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. They will plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash control and payroll records, hire and train unit personnel, maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations. The candidate will also manage through managers and is accountable for the contract. The candidate is the senior-most person assigned to a one client account and will provide local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of basic management experience
• 3 years of basic functional experience
