You will work to ensure a safe and quality project to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform:

- Oversee On-Site Operations: Manage daily site activities, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards in active hospital settings.
- Coordinate with Trader Partners and Teams: Schedule and oversee trades and project teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any conflicts or delays.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards (including familiarity with Infection Control standards, interim life safety measures, and noise and dust control procedures).
- Monitor Quality and Progress: Conduct quality control inspections, monitor construction progress, and address any issues to ensure the project meets high standards of workmanship.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, providing updates to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Field Experience in Commercial Construction: Extensive hands-on experience managing all phases of commercial construction projects, such as office buildings, healthcare facilities, and schools.
- Project Scheduling and Coordination: Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules, coordinate trade partners, and optimize site logistics for smooth, efficient progress.
- Safety Management: In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and a strong track record of enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant job site.
- Quality Control and Inspections: Experience in overseeing quality assurance, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in communicating with clients, project managers, trades, and team members to address issues, provide updates, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Technology: Proficiency with Procore to manage documents and plans, familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and use of Bluebeam are strongly preferred.
