RN Charge Nurse (Updated for all shifts) (FT Days and Nights & PRN Available) $3000 Sign on bonus.

Montereau of Tulsa, OK is seeking to hire full-time and PRN Charge Nurses to direct resident-centered care ensuring both the medical and personal needs of our residents are met. WORK SCHEDULE

Registered Nurses typically alternate between working three shifts one week, then four shifts the following week. With a full-time 12-hour schedule, you will have every other weekend off, more days off during the month, and 8 hours of overtime built into your schedule each pay period.

Current shift openings include:

• Full-time: 7am - 7pm
• Full-time: 7pm - 7am
• PRN: Ability to work at least 36 hours per month based on your availability

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN RN

As a RN, you enjoy interacting with and providing high-quality care for our senior residents. Under the direction of a physician, you provide them with medical treatment and administer medication. During each shift, you assess residents and document any noted changes in condition including interventions, care provided, and outcomes.

You also coordinate and conduct activities of daily living and address family/social concerns. Your passion for your residents is apparent as you actively advocate for superior care and promote service excellence. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CHARGE NURSE RN

• Registered Nurse with a current state of Oklahoma license
• Ability to complete physical tasks typically performed in RN work
