Monterey Boats is Hiring a Production Assembler Near Williston, FL

Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add production Assemblers to our team. We are looking for someone:

  • with a good work ethic
  • who works well with others
  • who can take instruction and has good reasoning skills
  • who doesn't have a problem working around fiberglass
  • who has experience using hand tools: drill, screw gun, grinder, saw, etc.

This is a full-time position Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements. When overtime is required the shift often begins at 5am. Overtime is also common on Saturday. Production experience a definite plus.
