We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening and panel replacement.
- Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a flawless finish.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various repair tasks.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs needed to restore functionality and appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines effectively.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during the repair process, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with auto glass replacement and other related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and auto painting.
- Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment relevant to auto body work.
- Experience with airless paint spraying techniques is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with auto repairs.
- A background in mechanics is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
