Mooney General a BradyPLUS Company is looking for a Temporary Office Assistant with great organizational skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The selected Candidate must also be able to communicate effectively with the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in locating PODs for Customers
  • Entering RMAs
  • Assisting with price change/correction requests
  • Candidate Would maintain our Setvi Website
  • Assist with scanning
  • Updating Customer Records when requested
  • Perform Other Admin duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Good computer skills
    • Excel, word etc.
    • Navigating websites
    • Uploading documents
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills
    • able to draft emails, reports, and memos.
    • Excellent written communication skills
