Description
As a Database Account Executive , you will work closely with Amergent's Portfolio clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and service. The Database Account Executive will provide end user support in assisting with file generation and analysis to aid in our client's fundraising efforts. You will serve as an ambassador for the company and for the Moore enterprise.

Your Impact :
- Communicate regularly with clients, via meetings, phone calls, and e-mail.
- Assist in the execution of client fundraising campaigns, including data enhancement and audience segmentation.
- Provide Portfolio end-user support.
- Assist in designing reports.
- Maintain and enhance workflow documentation.
- Perform quality control and data integrity checks on all outputs.
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines.
- Assist in end-user training.
- Assist in software testing.
