This position has flexible hours and uncapped commission. You will report directly to the General Manager and will receive assistance from the Office Manager. You will also receive support as needed from the Operations Manager and Installation team to help ensure a smooth process from start to finish for you and your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients, respond to emails and calls directed to you.
- Meet your prospective sales goals for dollar sales and profit margins.
- Conduct accurate measurements on-site for quoting jobs.
- Enter Quotes and Invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ordering and assisting with installation scheduling.
- Ensure payment has been made on deposits and final invoice.
- Join in bi-weekly or weekly sales meetings; or any other meetings requested by management.
- Complete all required sales training.
- Assist other sales team members from time-to-time with product knowledge and issue resolution.
- Attend various trade shows and partner functions as needed (i.e. chamber, associations, etc.).
Expectations:
- Work 40 hours a week, this position has flexible hours.
- Meet individual sales quota & profit margins.
- Expected 10 sales meetings with customers/week.
- Dress business casual; practice good hygiene per Employee Handbook.
- Maintain clean and organized work area and vehicle.
- Phone, in-person, and email communication skills.
Job Skills:
- Sales experience (industry specific preferred, but not required).
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Teams, and Word is a must).
- CRM program experience is preferred, not required.
