We are currently seeking a Program/Project Manager to support PMS 495 for the US Navy working hybrid at the Washington Navy Yard. What you'll do: The Program/Project Manager will deliver program management, acquisition and financial support to the Navy's Mine Warfare Program Office. Responsibilities: * Work in a team environment to meet client challenges
* Provide critical thinking and analysis
* Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands
* Provide Financial Management support
* Identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate issues and provide resolutions
* Attend meetings and provide on-site/in person support as required
Qualifications: * Active Secret Clearance
* Experience with program and financial management of government programs
* Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) process
* Experience with consulting and technical advisement
* Ability to identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate, and propose resolutions to issues * Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)
* Strong organizational skills helping clients manage, track, and report program status
* Strong written, editorial, and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level briefings and reports * Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
* Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices
* Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoD Financial Management Regulation
* Experience with Microsoft Project
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
