As a remote, Spanish-bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Morley, you'll act as a resource for automotive dealerships needing help with orders they've placed.
You don't need to know anything about cars or parts – we'll train you on everything you need to know to succeed!
What You'll Do
- Provide fantastic service over the phone and via webchat in Spanish and English
- Use your computer skills to:
- Research requests related to vehicle parts
- Track shipments and parts orders
- Escalate critical orders
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Able to remain at your desk for long periods of time
- Available to work during the hours below
Schedule
- Training (requires 100% attendance):
- First four weeks – instructor-led:
8 hours / day
Between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central time
Monday - Friday - Next four weeks – hands-on calls:
Scheduled during hours of operation:
Between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Central time
Monday - Friday

- Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
- Degree in a relevant or related field

- Texas resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
