Role Overview
Step into the role of a CNC Machine Tool Service Expert where your primary responsibility is to leverage your comprehensive understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Your key duties involve visiting client sites to address CNC machine tool equipment needs, utilizing technical manuals, ensuring all documentation is up to date, and providing after-sales training and support.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machinery.
- Travel extensively within your region to deliver on-site support.
- Document machine status and repairs appropriately.
- Promote preventative maintenance and offer technical training post-sale.
- Maintain expertise in the industry's products and technologies.
- Observe other responsibilities as required by the team.
Your Profile
We seek candidates with over five years of experience in CNC machinery repair, excellent interpretation skills for schematics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are required, alongside meeting the physical demands of the job which include frequent travel and flexible work hours.
