Compensation:$85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients using various communication channels
- Create customized property searches based on buyers' specific needs and preferences to help them find their perfect home
- Accompany potential buyers during property viewings, offering valuable advice and guidance throughout the process
- Skillfully negotiate contracts and prepare necessary real estate paperwork
- Offer professional advice to clients on the best course of action during the purchasing process
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in advanced coaching sessions to exceed standard agent training, assisting clients with real estate needs and personal objectives efficiently
- A valid Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate License is a mandatory requirement for this position
