$85,000 yearly

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels
• Create personalized home searches tailored to the specific needs and preferences of buyers and assist them in finding their desired property
• Accompany potential buyers to home viewings and provide valuable information and guidance throughout the entire process
• Skillfully negotiate and prepare contracts and other necessary real estate documents
• Offer professional advice to clients on the most appropriate steps to take during the purchasing process
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Benefit from coaching sessions that go beyond the average agent's training, helping you meet your client's real estate needs and your goals more effectively

• A Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate License is required for this position
