Reports To: Tile Specialty Leader
Job Purpose: To support the success of Mosby Building Arts' production team by learning to and providing advanced tile installation and repair in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Job Purpose: To support the success of Mosby Building Arts' production team by learning to and providing advanced tile installation and repair in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Tile Specialist on prep, installation, clean up and any other work being performed
- Attend all training provided by Mosby to develop your tile installation skills
- Learn to perform all aspects of tile installation and tile repair to Mosby's standards of quality
- Learn to complete tile work within the scheduled timelines to support a smooth-running project
- Load and Unload materials at the job site
- Keep job sites safe and clean
- Provide general remodeling assistance and support on jobs as requested
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, cheerfulness, and adherence to safety procedures
- Other miscellaneous tasks as requested
- Tile installation and repair experience a plus
- Knowledge of different types of tiles and their properties a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications a plus
- Desire to learn and master the skill of tile installation
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
- Good organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain class E driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable form of transportation.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, climb ladders, kneel, drive, and move 75lbs independently for extended periods of time.
