Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the HR department in recruiting activities such as sourcing and prescreening candidates
  • Special Assignments as assigned by the HR Director

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Current enrollment in a Human Resources Management related Degree program
  • Minimum GPA 2.5

    • SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    • Preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

    • WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Ability to sit in one place for 60% of the time
  • Ability to move or walk 40% of the time
