This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in bike sharing operations. About the Role Supervise daily operations to maximize customer experience; ensure all operations are carried out per standards while ensuring productivity and compliance goals are met Lead a supervisory team who oversees a field-based team, performing bike fleet rebalancing and asset recovery services Oversee scheduling of employees and full cycle employee oversight and engagement Follow safe work practices and help to champion a safe working environment Create and implement processes to further increase efficiency in obtaining established goals and team management strategies About You You have an undergraduate degree with previous experience successfully managing a people-centric operation; fleet management, transportation, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred You are an experienced manager who leads by example and understands how to best motivate and encourage your team, while completing all managerial activities You are a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, follow-through, think critically, and apply analytical problem solving with a high degree of judgment You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of audiences You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, Tableau, and other data, planning & communications software You have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record  About Motivate We are the premier micromobility service operations and infrastructure experts, delivering bikeshare operations management services to many of the nation’s largest cities. Salary : $68,000 - $72,000
