We are searching for a Station Cleaning Services Technician who will maintain the overall cleanliness of street fixtures, docking stations, and advertising panels.  About the Role Inspect and evaluate assigned bike share stations for cleanliness Perform bike-share station cleaning services using power washer equipment and various tools Utilize field devices to document work order ticket completion records Keep and maintain clean and presentable work areas, tools, and equipment Operate a large vehicle to travel throughout the bike share docking stations network About You You are experienced operating large vehicles in congested city traffic and know the layout of the New York City area You have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record You enjoy working outdoors year-round and in all weather conditions You are comfortable using apps on a cell phone or tablet You are knowledgeable in using various tools and equipment You can lift to 75 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for long periods of time About Us UMS, a Motivate brand, was created to enhance the way in which pedestrians experience their urban environments.
