As Director of Slots, you'll develop and implement strategies to optimize our Slot Operations. Additionally, you'll:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of Slot Operations.
- Hire, train, and develop Slot personnel.
- Order and evaluate gaming equipment.
- Review and analyze gaming devices for improvements through conversions, floor location, and denominational changes.
- Maintain, review, and update Slot Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Five years of slot or related management experience (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).
- Comprehensive knowledge of slot machines and all related support technology.
- Thorough knowledge of slot data control systems.
- Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
