We have a full-time opening for an in house, detail-oriented, organized Insurance Verification Specialist/Patient Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the intricacies of insurance verification within a dental office setting.

Here are some of the key responsibilities and requirements of this position:
- Conduct thorough insurance verification for patients prior to their appointments.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, dental providers, and patients regarding coverage details.
- Address any discrepancies in patient insurance information promptly and efficiently.
- Must possess mathematical reasoning to ensure accuracy on treatment estimates.
- Assist in training new staff members on insurance verification protocols as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar for endodontic providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols.
- Is organized, self-motivated, committed, and self-directed.
- Committed to working well with others in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Treats our patients with compassion and displays a high level of customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, referring dental offices, clinic endodontists, and other staff members and community.
