Title : Excel Report Administrator
Temporary Project need starting February 24 for 4 to 6 weeks.
Schedule : Flexible on site can start at 7:00am or after . 40 Hour work week onsite and open to 4 days a week schedule
Resume and possible interview .
Scope of work:
Reformat direct mail lists and reorganize according to what is needed.
Good with numbers , able to gather and organize tables as well as formatting.
Ability to sort and update.
**Previous experience required**
Reformat Excel Quotes by Franchise, Territory, Zip Codes and Demographics.
Good with high levels of details.
Ability to transfer the information from the sales orders into a format using the quote that allows the prospecting data to be ordered.
Placing the prospecting data orders through an on-line system.
Downloading and naming the ordered data in a manner that allows the programmers to easily run their data builds.
