Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available 

The role of the Utility person is to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times. 

The Utility responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Washing China, glass & silver and other equipment through the dish machine.
• Washing pots & pans and other equipment through the dish machine and scrubbing them in the pot sinks.
• Maintaining an organized dish area (or pit), keeping the equipment resupplied to the dining room and kitchen, putting away clean items as they are finished being washed.
• Emptying trash cans from the kitchen & dining room, taking trash to the dumpster and replacing trash cans with clean liners.
• Breaking down card board boxes and taking them to the recycling dumpster.
• Emptying grease from fryers and dumping it into the grease containers.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Washing walls,
• Keeping the areas free from clutter and trash.
• Organizing China, glass & silver and other equipment.
• Supporting the culinary team by helping in prep and plate-up.
• Organize chemical closet.
• Maintain clear & clean floor drains.
• Change mop heads, clean mop buckets, stow away brooms, dust pans, mops and keep mop sinks clean.
• Keep the loading dock clean.
• Power wash specific areas outside and inside, as needed.
• Perform any other activities that are considered necessary by your manager.
• Maintain a professional disposition. Practice all facility policies and standards of conduct.
