Pay Range: Start at $17/hr up to $20/hr based on experience and abilities.

Job Summary
Dispatcher/operation Analyst is responsible for the coordination of the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers.

Qualifications:
Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit as a mechanic at MSW:

• Three (3) years of relevant work experience (additional experience preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or transportation is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft suite
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To be successful as a Dispatch/Operation Analyst, you'll be expected to:

• Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding goals by successfully routing
• Assign load to drivers based on designated routes and driver locations
• Assist in training new drivers on routes and operational procedures
• Coordinate daily routes based on service schedules and customer needs
• Gather and maintain route sheet documentation
• Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process
• Collaborate with the operation team to optimize route efficiency and minimize costs.
• Report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate management for resolution
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
