Move It Storage is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Dallas, TX

Job Summary: Move It Management is seeking a HR Coordinator to aid and facilitate human resource processes. We are looking for someone who is familiar with a fast-paced environment to manage all recruiting efforts up to on-boarding along with daily administrative responsibilities. The Human Resource Coordinator will ensure policies and procedures administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource department while working closely with hiring managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Post open positions using ATS and video interview platform
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidate and hiring manager
  • Initiate creative strategies to recruit active and source passive candidates
  • Extend offer letters and coordinate background process
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Manages personnel files
  • On-board and prepare candidates for first day orientation
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Assist with payroll preparation
  • Assists with processing of terminations.
  • Support the HR Manager with various HR initiatives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • A high school diploma is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  •  At least 2 years of related experience in Human Resources or recruiting is required.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred.

  • Meticulous and deadline driven
  • Advance Microsoft skills. Experience in Smart sheet is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 15 pounds.
