Operations Manager

We have a role in El Paso, TX for an Ops. Manager!

Compensation:

• Could earn $55,000 per year or more!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tracking inventory for truck equipment, packing materials & needed repairs
• Day to Day Management
• Managing movers/drivers schedules
• Oversight of fleet and warehouse
• Reporting
• Ensuring trucks & crews are dispatched with no issues
• Assigning which trucks are used on jobs, making the calendar as efficient as possible
• Communicating with the sales team as truck & mover availability fluctuates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of DOT regulations, general truck upkeep, and delegating tasks to dispatchers & drivers
• Management experience
• Has presented employment stability in the past
• Has familiarity with Moving CRMs
• Detailed orientated and great at documenting inventory lists, truck repairs needed/fulfilled, and packing materials
• Open to cross-industry experience

• Weekends as needed
