We have a role in El Paso, TX for an Ops. Manager!
Compensation:
- Could earn $55,000 per year or more!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking inventory for truck equipment, packing materials & needed repairs
- Day to Day Management
- Managing movers/drivers schedules
- Oversight of fleet and warehouse
- Reporting
- Ensuring trucks & crews are dispatched with no issues
- Assigning which trucks are used on jobs, making the calendar as efficient as possible
- Communicating with the sales team as truck & mover availability fluctuates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, general truck upkeep, and delegating tasks to dispatchers & drivers
- Management experience
- Has presented employment stability in the past
- Has familiarity with Moving CRMs
- Detailed orientated and great at documenting inventory lists, truck repairs needed/fulfilled, and packing materials
- Open to cross-industry experience
